SAUCEY TYCOON CLIENT POLICIES
Last Updated: September 29, 2026
These Client Policies explain the payment, cancellation, refund, scheduling, communication, and service-administration practices that apply to Saucey Tycoon consulting services.
These policies are intended to establish clear expectations for both Saucey Tycoon and its clients before services begin.
Certain services may also be governed by a signed Client Services Agreement or other service-specific terms. When a signed Client Services Agreement applies, clients should review both documents as part of their engagement.
1. Payment
Saucey Tycoon services are offered at the prices displayed on the applicable service or checkout page at the time of purchase.
By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the price and payment structure presented at checkout.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be received before the applicable service or engagement begins.
Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor. Saucey Tycoon does not directly collect or store full payment card information.
2. Find Your Vibe™ Payment
The Find Your Vibe™ Brand Architecture Accelerator is generally offered as a pay-in-full engagement.
The full engagement fee must be received before substantive services begin unless Saucey Tycoon approves another payment arrangement in writing.
An alternative or installment payment arrangement is not guaranteed and may be approved by Saucey Tycoon on a case-by-case basis.
When an alternative payment arrangement is approved, it changes only the timing of payment. It does not reduce the total engagement fee, alter the scope of the engagement, or change the client’s obligations.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, all required payments must be completed before substantive services begin.
The same cancellation and engagement policies apply regardless of whether the client pays in full or receives an approved alternative payment arrangement.
3. When Find Your Vibe™ Services Begin
For purposes of cancellation and refund administration, substantive Find Your Vibe™ services begin upon the earlier of:
- Saucey Tycoon beginning substantive personalized preparation, research, strategic analysis, or other client-specific consulting work for the engagement; or
- the commencement of the client’s first scheduled consulting session.
Routine administrative activities do not, by themselves, constitute commencement of substantive services.
Examples of routine administrative activities include scheduling, processing onboarding information, sending ordinary administrative communications, processing payment, and obtaining required signatures.
Clients should understand that substantive personalized preparation may begin before the first scheduled consulting session.
4. Find Your Vibe™ Cancellation Before Substantive Services Begin
A client who wishes to cancel a Find Your Vibe™ engagement before substantive services begin must provide written notice by email to Saucey Tycoon.
The effective cancellation date is the date Saucey Tycoon receives the written cancellation request.
Saucey Tycoon reserves consulting capacity for accepted Find Your Vibe™ clients. As the scheduled engagement approaches, the ability to reallocate that capacity to another client becomes increasingly limited.
Accordingly, the following cancellation amounts apply to client-initiated cancellations made before substantive services begin.
Seven (7) or More Calendar Days Before the Scheduled Start Date
Saucey Tycoon will retain 10% of the total engagement fee, plus any nonrefundable payment-processing costs actually incurred in connection with the client’s payment.
Any remaining refundable amount will be returned to the client.
Four (4) Through Six (6) Calendar Days Before the Scheduled Start Date
Saucey Tycoon will retain 20% of the total engagement fee, plus any nonrefundable payment-processing costs actually incurred in connection with the client’s payment.
Any remaining refundable amount will be returned to the client.
Three (3) Calendar Days or Fewer Before the Scheduled Start Date
Saucey Tycoon will retain 30% of the total engagement fee, plus any nonrefundable payment-processing costs actually incurred in connection with the client’s payment.
This category includes cancellations submitted within 24 hours of the scheduled engagement start.
Any remaining refundable amount will be returned to the client.
These cancellation amounts are intended to reasonably account for reserved consulting capacity, scheduling disruption, administrative commitments, payment-processing costs where applicable, and the decreasing opportunity to reallocate a reserved engagement period on shorter notice.
5. Find Your Vibe™ Cancellation After Substantive Services Begin
Once substantive services have begun, the pre-engagement cancellation schedule described above no longer applies.
The engagement fee becomes earned as services are performed.
If a client chooses to terminate Find Your Vibe™ before completion, any potential refund will be based on the portion of the engagement that has not yet been earned.
When determining the portion of the engagement already earned, Saucey Tycoon may consider work already performed, including:
- Consulting sessions completed
- Partial consulting sessions
- Session preparation and follow-up
- Client-specific research
- Strategic analysis
- Personalized deliverables completed
- Personalized deliverables substantially begun
- Administrative and communication work
- Support already provided
- Other client-specific work performed as part of the engagement
Saucey Tycoon may maintain internal time and work records for purposes of documenting services performed and determining the earned and unearned portions of an engagement.
The internal method used to document work performed does not convert Find Your Vibe™ into an hourly consulting service. Find Your Vibe™ remains a fixed-fee engagement.
If an unearned balance remains after work already performed and other applicable amounts have been accounted for, Saucey Tycoon will inform the client of the applicable refund amount.
6. Written Cancellation Requests
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to:
sauceytycoon@gmail.com
The date Saucey Tycoon receives the written request will be treated as the effective cancellation date.
A client should not rely solely on social media messages, comments, text messages, or other informal communications to cancel an engagement.
Written email notice creates a clear record for both Saucey Tycoon and the client.
7. Refund Processing
When a refund is due under these Client Policies or an applicable Client Services Agreement, Saucey Tycoon will communicate the applicable refund amount to the client.
Refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method when reasonably available or through another appropriate method when necessary.
Processing times after a refund is issued may depend upon the payment processor, financial institution, payment method, or other third-party systems involved.
Saucey Tycoon does not control the time required for a client’s financial institution or payment provider to make refunded funds available after a refund has been submitted.
8. Cancellation by Saucey Tycoon
Saucey Tycoon recognizes that cancellation policies should apply fairly to both sides of the professional relationship.
If Saucey Tycoon cancels a Find Your Vibe™ engagement before substantive services begin for reasons not caused by client misconduct, material breach, or failure to meet engagement requirements, the client will receive a full refund of amounts paid for the engagement.
The client will not be charged a client cancellation amount when Saucey Tycoon is solely responsible for the cancellation.
If Saucey Tycoon must terminate an engagement after substantive services have begun and cannot complete the engagement for reasons not caused by the client’s breach or misconduct, the client will receive an appropriate refund of the unearned portion of the engagement fee.
Saucey Tycoon may also terminate or suspend services when reasonably necessary because of circumstances including material breach of applicable agreements, abusive or inappropriate conduct, repeated failure to cooperate with the engagement, nonpayment, or circumstances that make continuation of the professional relationship impractical.
Refund eligibility in those circumstances will depend upon the applicable facts, services already performed, amounts earned, and governing agreements.
9. Scheduling and Rescheduling
Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting to reschedule a scheduled consulting or advisory session.
Rescheduling requests should be communicated as soon as reasonably possible.
Saucey Tycoon will make reasonable efforts to accommodate timely rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
A rescheduled session is not guaranteed to be available on the client’s preferred replacement date or time.
Repeated rescheduling, substantial delays, or failure to maintain reasonable progress through an engagement may require Saucey Tycoon and the client to establish a revised schedule or determine whether the engagement can reasonably continue.
10. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
A client who fails to attend a scheduled session without reasonable advance communication is not automatically entitled to a replacement session.
A cancellation or rescheduling request made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the scheduled session being treated as used when the reserved time cannot reasonably be reallocated.
Saucey Tycoon understands that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances occur.
Saucey Tycoon therefore retains reasonable discretion to permit rescheduling or make another appropriate accommodation when circumstances warrant an exception.
An exception made in one situation does not create an obligation to make the same exception in future situations.
11. Founder Perspective Sessions
Founder Perspective Sessions are focused 60-minute one-on-one strategic consulting sessions for founders seeking perspective regarding an idea, decision, opportunity, roadblock, or direction they are considering.
Payment is due in full before the scheduled session.
Founder Perspective Session purchases are non-refundable.
Clients may request to reschedule a Founder Perspective Session by providing at least 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the policies described above.
Purchase of a Founder Perspective Session does not guarantee acceptance into Find Your Vibe™ or any other Saucey Tycoon service.
Any future engagement remains subject to the applicable intake, acceptance, payment, and contracting process.
12. Legacy Brand Advisory — Single Sessions
Legacy Brand Advisory is available exclusively to eligible Find Your Vibe™ alumni.
A single Legacy Brand Advisory session must be paid in full before the scheduled session.
Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting to reschedule.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to the policies described above.
13. Legacy Brand Advisory — Three-Session Package
Eligible Find Your Vibe™ alumni may purchase a package containing three 60-minute Legacy Brand Advisory sessions.
Payment for the package is due in full at purchase.
All three sessions must be used within 60 calendar days of purchase, unless Saucey Tycoon agrees otherwise in writing.
The 60-day period is intended to maintain continuity and momentum while the client works through a current stage, decision, opportunity, or challenge.
Clients are responsible for scheduling and using their sessions within the applicable 60-day period.
Unused sessions remaining after the 60-day period expire and are not automatically refundable or transferable.
Clients should provide at least 24 hours’ notice when requesting to reschedule a package session.
Rescheduling remains subject to availability and does not automatically extend the original 60-day usage period.
Saucey Tycoon may approve an extension when circumstances reasonably warrant one, but extensions are not guaranteed.
14. Find Your Vibe™ 30 Days of Email Support
Find Your Vibe™ includes up to one support inquiry per business week for 30 days following completion of the accelerator.
Email support is intended for brief follow-up questions and clarification directly related to work completed during Find Your Vibe™.
It does not replace additional consulting sessions.
Email support does not include unlimited consulting, extensive new research, substantial review of new materials, implementation work, or strategic work unrelated to the completed engagement.
Saucey Tycoon will generally respond to qualifying email-support inquiries within 72 hours.
A single support inquiry should address one reasonably related subject or group of related questions.
Multiple unrelated strategic matters submitted together may be treated as separate inquiries or may require an additional consulting session or Legacy Brand Advisory engagement.
15. Communication Expectations
Saucey Tycoon aims to maintain clear and reasonable communication throughout client engagements.
Clients are expected to communicate relevant scheduling issues, delays, questions, or concerns in a timely manner.
Unless expressly included in a purchased service, Saucey Tycoon services do not include unlimited or immediate access to the consultant.
Messages requiring substantial strategic analysis, extensive research, significant review of new materials, or consulting outside the scope of a purchased service may require an additional session or separate engagement.
Reasonable communication boundaries may be maintained to protect service quality, scheduling, and existing client commitments.
16. Client Participation and Delays
Consulting engagements depend upon active client participation.
Clients are responsible for providing reasonably accurate and complete information, completing required onboarding materials, attending scheduled sessions, supplying requested materials, and providing feedback or responses reasonably necessary for the engagement to progress.
Client-caused delays may affect scheduling, delivery dates, or the overall engagement timeline.
Saucey Tycoon is not responsible for delays resulting from a client’s failure to provide required information, attend scheduled sessions, respond to necessary communications, or complete agreed client responsibilities.
17. Scope of Consulting Services
Saucey Tycoon provides strategic consulting, brand architecture, perspective, recommendations, frameworks, and related educational services.
Unless specifically included in a purchased service, consulting does not automatically include implementation services such as:
- Building or redesigning websites
- Configuring software or business systems
- Managing social media
- Creating complete marketing campaigns
- Writing all business or marketing copy
- Developing complete product lines
- Creating comprehensive standard operating procedures
- Performing ongoing operational management
- Implementing every recommendation discussed during consulting
Saucey Tycoon may identify or discuss operational, marketing, business-model, system, or implementation considerations when relevant to the strategic work.
Discussion of those areas does not automatically expand the purchased scope of service.
18. Client Decision-Making and Results
Saucey Tycoon provides strategic guidance and professional perspective.
Clients remain responsible for their own business decisions, implementation, operations, financial decisions, legal compliance, marketing activities, and other actions taken following consulting.
Business and brand outcomes depend upon numerous factors outside Saucey Tycoon’s control.
Saucey Tycoon does not guarantee revenue, profitability, audience growth, sales, customer acquisition, publicity, investment, market acceptance, or any other particular business outcome.
19. Payment Questions and Disputes
Clients are encouraged to contact Saucey Tycoon directly regarding payment concerns, cancellation questions, refund questions, or service-related disputes so that the matter can be reviewed and addressed.
When reasonably possible, clients should contact Saucey Tycoon before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Saucey Tycoon may provide relevant documentation to a payment processor, financial institution, or other appropriate party when responding to a payment dispute.
Documentation may include payment records, applicable policies and agreements, communications, scheduling records, records of services performed, and relevant deliverables.
Nothing in these Client Policies eliminates any right that cannot lawfully be waived.
20. Emergencies and Events Outside Reasonable Control
Saucey Tycoon recognizes that unexpected circumstances may occasionally affect either party’s ability to meet a scheduled commitment.
When severe weather, natural disasters, widespread technology failures, serious emergencies, government actions, or comparable circumstances substantially outside a party’s reasonable control affect an engagement, the affected party should communicate as soon as reasonably possible.
Saucey Tycoon and the client will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or adjust the engagement when appropriate.
These circumstances do not automatically eliminate payment, cancellation, or refund obligations that have otherwise accrued.
21. Relationship to Client Services Agreements
Certain Saucey Tycoon services, including Find Your Vibe™, may require a separate signed Client Services Agreement.
The Client Services Agreement contains the essential terms governing the individual consulting relationship and may incorporate these Client Policies by reference.
Clients are responsible for reviewing both documents when both apply to their engagement.
If a signed Client Services Agreement contains a specific term that directly conflicts with these general Client Policies, the applicable Client Services Agreement will control for that particular engagement unless otherwise stated or prohibited by law.
22. Relationship to Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
These Client Policies should be read together with Saucey Tycoon’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The Terms of Service govern general website and purchasing terms.
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, processed, and handled.
These Client Policies provide additional detail regarding the administration of Saucey Tycoon consulting and advisory services.
23. Policy Updates
Saucey Tycoon may update these Client Policies periodically as services, business practices, technology, or administrative procedures evolve.
The Last Updated date at the top of this page identifies the current published version.
For an existing signed engagement that expressly incorporates a particular version of these Client Policies, later website updates will not automatically replace material terms already agreed to for that engagement unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise.
