TERMS OF SERVICE

Last Updated: September 26, 2026

Welcome to Saucey Tycoon. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Saucey Tycoon website and your purchase or use of services offered by Saucey Tycoon.

By accessing this website, purchasing a service, submitting payment, or indicating your acceptance of these Terms during checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or use Saucey Tycoon services.

1. About Saucey Tycoon

Saucey Tycoon provides brand architecture, strategic consulting, educational resources, and related services for entrepreneurs and founders.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Find Your Vibe™ Brand Architecture Accelerator
  • Founder Perspective Sessions
  • Legacy Brand Advisory
  • Brand strategy and business consulting
  • Educational materials, frameworks, resources, and related offerings

The specific scope, duration, deliverables, and conditions of a service may also be described on the applicable service page, checkout page, proposal, or client agreement.

2. Consulting and Educational Nature of Services

Saucey Tycoon provides strategic guidance, perspective, education, and recommendations intended to help clients make informed decisions regarding their brands and businesses.

Clients remain solely responsible for their own business decisions, actions, implementation, operations, and results.

Saucey Tycoon does not operate, manage, or make decisions on behalf of a client’s business unless specifically agreed to in writing.

3. No Financial, Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice

Information, recommendations, discussions, resources, and services provided by Saucey Tycoon are for business strategy, brand development, consulting, and educational purposes.

Nothing provided through the website, consulting engagements, educational content, email communications, or other Saucey Tycoon materials should be interpreted as legal, accounting, tax, financial, securities, or investment advice.

Clients should consult an appropriately qualified attorney, accountant, tax professional, financial professional, or other licensed adviser when decisions require specialized professional advice.

4. No Guarantee of Business Results

Saucey Tycoon does not guarantee specific financial, revenue, audience, sales, customer acquisition, growth, visibility, or other business outcomes.

Business results depend on numerous factors outside Saucey Tycoon’s control, including the client’s decisions, implementation, effort, resources, market conditions, customers, competition, timing, and other circumstances.

Strategic recommendations represent professional perspective based on information available during an engagement. Clients are responsible for evaluating recommendations and deciding whether and how to implement them.

5. Testimonials and Client Experiences

Testimonials, case examples, or descriptions of client experiences may be used to illustrate individual experiences with Saucey Tycoon.

Individual experiences should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee that another client will achieve the same or similar outcome. Saucey Tycoon does not guarantee that any particular business, financial, marketing, or other result will occur from purchasing or implementing its services.

6. Payments

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and authorize the applicable charge for the selected Saucey Tycoon service.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including Stripe. Saucey Tycoon does not directly store complete payment-card information submitted through Stripe’s payment systems.

A successful payment does not alter the scope of a service or create obligations beyond those described in the applicable service description, agreement, or other written terms governing the engagement.

7. Payment Options

Saucey Tycoon services are offered at the prices displayed on the applicable service or checkout page at the time of purchase. By submitting payment, the client acknowledges and agrees to the price and payment structure presented at checkout.

Find Your Vibe™ Brand Architecture Accelerator

The Find Your Vibe™ Brand Architecture Accelerator is offered at the price displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due in full before the engagement begins.

Alternative payment arrangements may be approved by Saucey Tycoon on a case-by-case basis. Any alternative payment arrangement must be agreed to in writing and does not change the total investment, scope, or nature of the engagement.

The Find Your Vibe™ engagement does not begin until the full amount due has been received and all required onboarding conditions have been completed. Unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Founder Perspective Session

A Founder Perspective Session is a 60-minute one-on-one strategic consulting session offered at the price displayed at checkout. Payment is due in full before the scheduled session.

The session provides strategic perspective regarding an idea, decision, opportunity, roadblock, or direction the client is considering. Purchase of a Founder Perspective Session does not guarantee acceptance into Find Your Vibe™ or any other Saucey Tycoon service.

Legacy Brand Advisory — Single Session

Legacy Brand Advisory is available exclusively to eligible Find Your Vibe™ alumni.

A single 60-minute advisory session is offered at the price displayed at checkout and must be paid in full before the scheduled session.

Legacy Brand Advisory — Three-Session Package

Eligible Find Your Vibe™ alumni may purchase a package of three 60-minute Legacy Brand Advisory sessions at the price displayed at checkout.

Payment for the package is due in full at purchase. Additional scheduling, expiration, cancellation, or rescheduling conditions, if applicable, will be disclosed before purchase or established in the applicable service agreement or booking terms.

Changes to Pricing

Saucey Tycoon may change service prices or available payment options prospectively at its discretion. Any future pricing change will not alter the amount already agreed to and paid for an existing purchase or engagement.

8. Incomplete Payment Arrangements

If Saucey Tycoon approves an alternative payment arrangement in writing and the client fails to make a required payment according to the agreed payment schedule, Saucey Tycoon may suspend, postpone, or cancel the engagement.

Any refund, cancellation, administrative charge, or other amount applicable to an incomplete payment arrangement will be determined by the cancellation and refund terms disclosed for the applicable engagement or contained in the client’s service agreement.

Approval of an alternative payment arrangement does not, by itself, require Saucey Tycoon to begin or continue providing services when a required payment has not been made.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

Because Saucey Tycoon provides professional services that may involve reserved availability, preparation, research, analysis, and personalized work, refund and cancellation eligibility may vary by service and by the stage of an engagement.

Any service-specific refund, cancellation, rescheduling, or termination terms presented at purchase or contained in a client agreement are incorporated into these Terms and control for that particular service.

Where a separate client agreement applies, its specific cancellation and refund provisions will govern the engagement.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

10. Client Agreements

Certain Saucey Tycoon services, including Find Your Vibe™, may require a separate client services agreement.

Payment alone does not eliminate the requirement to complete any required agreement or onboarding documentation.

If a separate signed client agreement conflicts with these general Terms regarding the specific engagement, the client agreement will control to the extent of that conflict.

11. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide information that is accurate and reasonably complete to the best of their knowledge.

The quality and relevance of strategic guidance may depend on the information and context provided by the client.

Clients are responsible for:

  • Participating in scheduled sessions and engagement activities;
  • Providing requested information when reasonably necessary;
  • Reviewing deliverables and recommendations;
  • Making their own final business decisions;
  • Implementing recommendations they choose to pursue; and
  • Obtaining appropriate professional advice when legal, tax, accounting, financial, regulatory, or other specialized issues arise.

12. Scheduling and Rescheduling

Consulting sessions may be subject to scheduling, cancellation, late-arrival, and rescheduling requirements communicated during booking or established in the applicable client agreement.

Repeated missed appointments, significant delays, or failure to participate in an engagement may affect scheduling and completion of services.

Service-specific scheduling requirements will control when provided.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Saucey Tycoon retains ownership of its pre-existing intellectual property, including but not limited to:

  • Tycoonomics™
  • Find Your Vibe™
  • Frameworks and methodologies
  • Templates
  • Educational materials
  • Processes
  • Written materials
  • Website content
  • Brand concepts
  • Proprietary tools and resources

Purchasing a service does not transfer ownership of Saucey Tycoon intellectual property.

Clients may use personalized deliverables created specifically for their own business for their intended internal and business purposes, subject to any limitations contained in the applicable client agreement.

Saucey Tycoon frameworks, templates, methodologies, or proprietary materials may not be reproduced, resold, licensed, distributed, taught, published, or commercially exploited without prior written permission.

14. Client Materials and Ownership

Clients retain ownership of intellectual property and materials they owned before an engagement.

Clients represent that they have the right to provide materials submitted to Saucey Tycoon for review or use during an engagement.

Ownership and permitted use of newly created personalized deliverables may be further addressed in the applicable client agreement.

15. Confidentiality

Saucey Tycoon will use reasonable care when handling confidential business information shared during a consulting engagement.

Clients should avoid submitting passwords, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or other unnecessary highly sensitive information through ordinary email, website forms, or consulting communications.

More detailed confidentiality obligations may be established in a separate client agreement when applicable.

16. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Saucey Tycoon may use or recommend third-party services, software, platforms, websites, or resources.

Third-party services operate under their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, availability, and practices. Saucey Tycoon does not control and is not responsible for the operation, security, performance, availability, policies, or decisions of independent third-party providers.

A recommendation or discussion of a third-party resource does not guarantee its performance or suitability for every client.

17. Website Information

Saucey Tycoon makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information, but website content may be updated, revised, or removed as the business and its services evolve.

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes and should not be treated as individualized consulting unless expressly provided as part of a consulting engagement.

18. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Saucey Tycoon website, services, materials, or intellectual property to:

  • Engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity;
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights;
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially exploit proprietary materials without authorization;
  • Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the website;
  • Misrepresent your relationship with Saucey Tycoon; or
  • Use Saucey Tycoon materials to create or sell substantially copied services, frameworks, courses, or products.

19. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Clients are encouraged to contact Saucey Tycoon promptly if they believe a payment was made in error or if they have a concern regarding a purchased service.

Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback does not independently determine whether a payment was contractually owed or whether services were properly provided.

Saucey Tycoon reserves the right to provide payment processors or financial institutions with relevant transaction records, communications, acceptance records, agreements, service documentation, and other information reasonably necessary to respond to a payment dispute.

Nothing in this section limits any right to dispute a charge that cannot legally be waived.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Saucey Tycoon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or speculative losses arising from business decisions, implementation choices, lost opportunities, lost profits, third-party services, or outcomes resulting from the use of Saucey Tycoon services or information.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

21. Privacy

Use of the Saucey Tycoon website and services is also subject to the Saucey Tycoon Privacy Policy.

Information submitted through the website or during an engagement will be handled in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy and any additional confidentiality provisions established in a client agreement.

22. Electronic Communications and Acceptance

You agree that transactions, notices, agreements, disclosures, and other communications relating to Saucey Tycoon may occur electronically.

When a checkout process requires you to affirmatively accept these Terms, selecting the acceptance option and submitting payment constitutes your electronic acknowledgment of the Terms presented to you at that time.

23. Changes to These Terms

Saucey Tycoon may update these Terms as its services, business practices, or legal requirements evolve.

The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.

Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law. Terms applicable to an existing paid engagement will not be retroactively changed to materially alter the client’s agreed payment or service obligations without an appropriate basis or agreement.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

26. Entire Terms

These Terms, together with any applicable service description, checkout terms, Privacy Policy, and separate client agreement, constitute the terms applicable to the relevant Saucey Tycoon transaction or service.

Where a separate client agreement contains more specific provisions governing an engagement, those specific provisions control for that engagement to the extent of any conflict.
